How much does a custom-made scissor case cost?

Given that we've received several inquiries of this nature, I'd like to take this opportunity to share BLINK SCISSORS CASE's current perspective on the matter.

First, an important note: Currently, BLINK is not actively accepting custom orders.

We offer a lineup of products that we confidently recommend, meticulously refined based on feedback from beauticians. Our aim is to suggest the most suitable item from this selection for each individual.

There was a time when custom orders were our main focus.

Undoubtedly, that experience has informed our current product development.
However, as we tirelessly strived to fulfill every customer's "I want it this way" request, there were increasing instances where we found ourselves unable to create something we truly believed in.

Even if customers were satisfied, there were products that we ourselves couldn't fully endorse.
Although we started with the desire to deliver scissor cases that we could genuinely love, we gradually drifted off course.

And then, we sometimes received sad news.

"The custom-ordered scissor case broke in less than a year..."
"It didn't work as I expected..."
Each time we heard such feedback, we keenly felt the difficulty and responsibility of manufacturing.

To draw a parallel with hair, just as there are times when a professional judgment is necessary if a client with hair weakened by repeated chemical straightening wishes for "fluffy perms"—
we realized that we, as manufacturers, share the same responsibility.

Nevertheless, we haven't completely stopped custom orders.

It might sound a bit contradictory after all that, but we are not refusing all requests.
If you visit our atelier in person and we have a discussion, we may accept a custom order if we determine it's feasible.

For example, -haco short- and -clutch- are products that originated from customer feedback.

"Products we can genuinely love," now and always.

We cannot fulfill every request.
However, as a specialist scissor case store, we aspire to be a presence that supports the salon work of as many individuals as possible.

And above all, we will continue to honestly dedicate ourselves to creating scissor cases that we truly love.
