Supported by hairdressers and pet groomers nationwide, we have continued our activities as a brand specializing in scissor cases.
Our commitment to "easy-to-use scissor cases" based on our experience as a hairdresser
BLINK is a leather brand that started in 2020 after 10 years of experience as a hairdresser.
It was born from the desire to deliver "truly easy-to-use scissor cases" that only someone with experience as a hairdresser, who knows theworkplace (field), can understand.
When the brand was launched, there were no scissor case specialty stores with hairdressing experience, and I was anxious about "whether there would be demand."
Banks and startup support organizations also told me that "it would be difficult to run a business with only scissor cases," but I was encouraged by friends who said, "I definitely want one" and "I will definitely buy it if you make it a product," and with the support of my colleagues, I decided to continue.

Over the past 15 years, we have received a great number of orders for scissor cases from hairdressers and pet groomers nationwide.
We are committed to ease of use, durability, and design, and we continue to make improvements by reflecting feedback from the field.

The meaning and aspirations behind the brand name "BLINK"
The name BLINK is a coined word combining Bridge and Link.
It embodies our desire to cherish the connections we have built through our work as hairdressers and to be a brand that serves as a bridge for those connections.
After 15 years, I feel that we have somewhat fulfilled that role.
Reflecting feedback from salon management in scissor case production
In 2020, we also started operating a hair salon in the same prefecture.
We utilize the usability and needs that we understand from actual use in the field to develop our scissor case products.
We will continue to create scissor cases that enrich the daily work of hairdressers and pet groomers.
