"If there are 3 or more identical repair requests, we will discontinue selling the product or improve it immediately."

Following this rule, we have actually changed the specifications of our snap hooks 5 times to date.

It's not just about prioritizing durability; the balance with design, color, and texture is also important. There were times when we had to make very difficult decisions to ensure we didn't compromise the "beauty" of the product as a whole.

Trial and error, but definite progress

Changing shapes, changing materials, using them in practice, and then repeating the verification process.

As we continued to make improvements, we spent our days searching for better metal fittings, thinking, "Let's try this shape next."

And then, we finally found the satisfactory metal fittings we had been looking for. They are now used in all BLINK scissor cases.

Fortunately, we haven't received a single repair request since changing to these fittings.
