Standard BLINK SCISSORS CASES come with a belt that can be used over the shoulder or around the waist, but
we also accept orders for belt-only modifications (semi-custom orders) if requested.
In this case, the belt of the standard Scissor Case Nude model was
modified to be waist-only.
About Semi-Custom Belt Orders

The customer who placed this order requested to use it only around the waist, so
we delivered it with a waist-only belt instead of a shoulder strap for simpler wearing.
