Shiga Beef Summit Day 1 Report | A Record of Leather Atelier BLINK's Participation
Day One of the Beef Summit Successfully Concludes
Day one of the "Beef Summit" held in Shiga today has successfully concluded.

Shiga's local mascots gathered for the opening and were a big hit with the children.
Although there was a light drizzle in the morning, the sky cleared up before noon, making it a perfect day for the event.
When I returned home, I was more sunburned than I expected, and my skin was stinging.
I had been careless since I had already gotten a tan this summer from camping and barbecues, but I truly felt that "sunscreen is essential."
The forecast for tomorrow is cloudy, but if you plan to attend, please remember your sunscreen.
The Connection Between Leather Crafts and Meat
The Beef Summit is an event to "enjoy meat," but it also has a deep connection to us, the leather product makers.
This is because the hides used for leather products such as scissor cases are obtained as a byproduct of meat production.
That is why I feel it is a great honor to be able to participate in an event held in Shiga as a "leather workshop from Shiga."
Enjoying Local Charm by the Shores of Lake Biwa
The venue is located right by Lake Biwa.
It was very impressive to see people enjoying their time with exquisite beef gourmet food in hand.
Popular stalls had long lines right after opening. Some stalls even sold out before the event ended, making it a great success.
I believe this opportunity, where carefully selected shops from all over the country gather, is a rare and valuable chance.

Tomorrow is the Last Day
Tomorrow is the final day, but if you have time, please come to the venue.
You are sure to have a wonderful time filled with many encounters and smiles.
